This collaboration between Mark Holmquist and TaylorSmith Sustainable Construction in Portland's Alberta Arts neighborhood, this condo proves a small footprint doesn't have to feel like one. Large Pivot Alu7 windows and doors pull daylight deep into the wood interior, letting the compact space breathe while the triple-pane glass keeps all that openness comfortable year-round.
